Ekiti state government says it will ensure the security of life and property of residents of the state. The Senior Special Assistant to Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Deji Adesokan on Internal Security stated this while addressing newsmen in Ado Ekiti on the state of security.
Mr. Adesokan popular known as Jaru said governor Kayode Fayemi would do everything to ensure that residents of the state could sleep with their two eyes closed.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor noted that anyone caught disrupting the existing peace in the state would face the full wrath of the law.
Adesokan also called on parents to closely monitor the movement of their children for them not be arrested with hoodlums and urged them to report any suspicious movement in their environment to security agents.
He, therefore, appealed to security agents to beef up security in the state especially in flashpoints areas across the state
